My relative has been a resident at one of Abbey Total Care Group's nursing home for the past one-year. He is very happy and well cared for. I am extremely pleased with the efficient way the nursing home is managed, and care staff are extremely caring and dedicated to their residents

I would like to say the Bhakti care home have been excellent in dealing with these exceptional circumstances,they have looked after my mother during this pandemic,the love and care they have showed for my mother has been fantastic.
It has been very hard for us not to see our mother for 3 months now,so being able to FaceTime her has been a breath of fresh air.We thank the management and the care staff for all their hard work and commitment to our mother.

I had to move my relative from one of their homes. Lack of leadership in the nursing home meant there was no manager on the premises or contactable to deal with a serious incident when it occurred. In my opinion, lack of any concern for my relative from the director.
