Whitetrees Residential homes are the closest thing to a family life for the children. where they are encouraged and supported in every aspect. They are listened to and heard. Encouraged to engage in activities of their choice and rewarded often for even the smallest achievement. The staff are extremely supportive and have built up good trusting relationships with the children and safeguarding them. It's an honor to work in such a loving safe environment.

Fantastic company, in my experience One of the best in its field. The company runs on compassion, trust and knowledge, of which all are in abundance. The value implemented in the training and understanding of the staff and young people it supports is nothing short of amazing. Love this company, they are caring yet professional. They do amazing work and truly change for the better the lives of not only the young people in their care, but the staff too. The Surecare Family are amazing and I cannot recommend them highly enough!

As a previous resident of surecare I cannot fault them! The support you receive whilst in one of the homes is phenominal! I lived at surecare for about a year. The staff are amazing and the management and owners are brilliant it was almost 7 years ago I left and I still have support from the owners Si and Emma and keep in regular contact with the staff! Not a bad word to say about anything about the company they always go above and beyond for their young people and I’m so grateful to have become a part of the surecare family all I can say is thank you so much for everything💖

I have known this company from the day of its opening. It is as close to a home setting as you can possibly imagine. Kids are treated with total empathy compassion and respect and I have personally watch the company grow alongside the children and I really am proud to be a small part of it.
