I would rate -0 if I could this company is a disgrace, so much for support… their is different carers everyday so never get a relationship with one they don’t help you on any day to day chores or teach you or any life skills or lessons apart from ask you about your personal life, weirdly check your flat and criticise you. The young person I’m writing this on behalf was 17 when put in the flat and was a great tenant with no problems before. They told this young person from the day he moved into the property that when he turned 18 the tenancy agreement will go in his name to continue renting the flat. Upon his 18th they then put in an eviction notice giving him 2 weeks to leave on top of this trying to enter the property before the end of this 2 weeks to try and change the locks, check the property even though they have already asked the young person to leave. This young person had personal reasons for not being able to work and he politely asked for an extra 2 days before having to move out and was also willing to pay so therefore he wasn’t homeless! And their response to this was they would get courts involved. So much for helping young kids! Young people! And young families! An absolute disgrace is an understatement.

They do give you housing when needed, and for that I am incredibly grateful. But unfortunately the housing is terrible, you get very limited support if any at all, and if they stop support they don't explain it correctly to their clients, they are more than happy to leave you to deal with issues with the property which are their responsibility (such as water leaks, electrical issues etc.) If they do help you out with these issues. alot of the time it take weeks or months to fix things. They are hard to get a hold of and do not have a complaints procedure, but the staff I have met are generally friendly. I recommend them if you have no other choice. But if you have another option, avoid them.

If you want to be stuck in flat where you are in endless chase to maintain it, this is the place!

Terrible support with basically every aspect to getting set up on your own. They provide lacklustre and limited support to build independent skills - especially as I am autistic and I need always some level of support they go with the medical mindset and leave things unaccounted for.

I’m still needing help and yet I’m feeling left out to do things on my own when I struggle finding intuition for things normally.

It’s disgusting what I have heard, how my sister has been treated with Bed Space, something really needs to be done about this company as they are just taking free money and doing none of their jobs correct. I love my sister to bits and I am going to be supporting her to make a complaint to this awful Bed Space company and if anything happens to my sister or her belongings after this day Bed Space will be held accountable for it as a young child have already died in their property before sadly probably because they were stressed due to the disgusting flats that they take money for and this is regarding princess (Monica)

Not happy atal with this company, I’ve been trying to contact them for a week now and I wanted to speak to someone in charge but no one answer the phone and when answering take my number and said pass it to the manager but still waiting for a call back! And now no one answer the call, very bad communication and I don’t recommend this company.

The worst company ever as my Monica has been complaining to me the whole time she has been with them and I really feel sorry for her to go through this as she has always been a hard-working young lady with a nice heart but clearly it’s Bed Space that is the problem as you can see all other comments from other tenants are bad not even the ones regarding princess (Monica)
