Yesterday I was terrified - I've never cycled without stabilisers and the last time was when I was around 4/5. I'm now in my mid 30's. I am autistic and so couldn't maintain eye contact but it was just me and the instructor who I would also give 5 stars - she was patient and kind and very respectful when I asked for some space. I'm happy to report that I can now ride a bike without stabilisers!!

Absolutely amazing and very professional. The groups are very small which is perfect for plenty of one on one teaching. The 2 lovely ladies had my 5 year old riding a 2 wheeled bike within half an hour. Bikes and helmets are provided which is great and they really took the time to make sure it was the
correct size for him. He's asked to go back again so that's exactly what we are doing to build up his confidence. Looking forward to it. Would highly recommend for anybody looking to teach their little ones how to ride a bike.

Such an amazing group to have available for adults who are wanting to learn how to ride a bike. Atchara- the instructor was brilliant. Really helpful, encouraging and was meticulous in the way she taught. I would recommend this for anybody who is a beginner and wants to learn in a positive and supportive space.

Absolutely brilliant, my 4 year old daughter attended an hour session and learnt to cycle in just over 15 minutes! The instructor was calm, professional and very friendly. Fantastic advice and communication afterwards. Can’t thank you enough 🙂

I've really enjoyed the ladies cycling sessions over the last 18 months, it builds confidence and is really helpful before cycling on the main roads, would highly recommend!
