I have worked at Halliwell Befriending Service for over a year now and I can see how it really helps people who suffer with loneliness. Many friendships have been made at the social clubs that are provided at the community centre, and people who have a befriender visiting their homes really feel the benefit of having that bit of company each week. My Nan used to love coming to the luncheon club each week until she passed away. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who suffers with loneliness and isolation, or if they just wanted to add something else to their social calendar.

I came to halliwell befriending service for their digital drop in as I needed some help retrieving some data off my phone, they did an amazing job as they showed me how to do it, they're very friendly and supportive, wonderful place to join
