I have been to Debdale for the last 2 Fridays to take a group of students canoeing. The staff have been amazing. Martin has been in constant contact to make sure that the needs of my group were met. The instructors have been so welcoming and accommodating. Looking forward to taking another group next year. Would highly recommend Debdale to anyone school group.

Went today (Saturday morning) with my father in law, who is in a wheel chair.
Absolutely brilliant.
Pushed him onto he boat with my partner and one of the guys and his son took the 3 of us round the reservoir.
He absolutely loved it.
Had a coffee after to warm up.
Couldn't recommend highly enough. Fantastic for wheel chair users.
Brilliant value as well.

Incredible scenery, A number of pathways for an easy hike for anyone or a difficult one for those that wish it. Parking can be difficult but we found some even when busy.

Great facility serving the community, much of it on a voluntary basis. Originally was just for Sea Cadets. Now open to seniors, and the wider community to try various forms of boating on the Lake.

Great place for kids to learn watersports safely

Pollute the water with noisy engines. They seemingly never litter pick the area - there are rats running around outside the centre and plastic bottles in the water. The staff try to hound swimmers out of the water by wrongly claiming they are breaking the law.
