Brilliant service everytime! Some people just don't understand the inner workings of the building society to fly off the handle about a 20 min wait ✋. The staff are so lovely and they always do their best. Audrey is a lovely person 💕.

I drove 8 miles for my 3pm appointment.Audrey, who I was seeing then said I'd have to wait at least 20 mins. as she was opening new accounts.What kind of service is this and why bother making appointments if you don't keep them.Disgusting.Perhaps they'd like to pay me for fuel and time.I cannot recommend them.

Thank god they have remained in Dinnington were everything else ie Banks Post Offices and other Building Society's have gone so thank you Nottingham Building Society and thank you for your helpful service
