My father moved into Limegrove three months ago and I am delighted and relieved at the first rate care from which he now benefits. I am prompted to write this review as I notice on Google that there are not many reviews and there has not been a review for a couple of months.

My father has settled in well and the standard of care has been excellent. I feel there is a good level of staff, who are attentive, kind and positive. My father has had a couple of medical incidents since he arrived, that are to be expected from someone of his age, and I have been very reassured by the adherence of all the staff to what appear to me (as a non-expert but very interested party!) to be clear, comprehensive and effective protocols/ procedures.

Furthermore, the level of communication from the staff has been very positive and reassuring for me. I am happy to recommend Limegrove without reservation.

Unfortunately I don't live as close to my grandad as I'd like so regular visits aren't possible 😭 but I was super impressed when I turned up unannounced (I myself work in care and have seen first hand some awful places and some terrible practice. I wanted to see how grandad was without anyone knowing he'd have a visitor that day.) My grandad was just how I wanted to see him....clean, stimulated and happy. Can't thank the lime grove staff enough.

If I could do a zero I would on the management team, but two carers Rosalind and Agnas both were kind with my mom even on a super bad day
