I'm shocked by the reviews. I'm a single mum of 3 and they have been amazing . Yes they need personal details otherwise everyone would just take advantage of them. There supposed to be there for people who need actual help ! I would really recommend them. I'm dealing with a lady called Molly and she's great

Worst charity!
They respond via texts and not by emails,
They make their own rules when it comes to giving an explanation when they are questioned.
They are rude and abrupt as well!
How can they claim to be a charity when all they do is fob people off!!

They asked a lot of papers..I send them whatever they want.. they never helped after that..I am not a begger I just needed help but I felt humiliation..I gave up after all papers...

Collect your details & Data. Asked to have initial consultation followed up in writing however, this seems to be a HUGE problem for this charity. I have now asked them to destroy my DATA.

Too many calls which do not define next step processes and not enough, follow up process! Worrying!

Horrible people absolutely disgraceful they are CON ARTISTS they get you to phone up for help bear in mind this is a charity!!! They get you to give them all your private details before informing you that you need your financial details to hand. Once they've got all tour personal details they fob you off.
Very arrogant rude attitude from staff even though it's a charity! They are getting paid but refusing to help those in need. When u said an I speak to a manager they said the senior manager is listening to the call and does not care that we take people personal details without the intention to help. The receptionist said the senior manager is listening to your request on the phone now to inform callers not to give their personal details if they cannot complete the call not having relevant financial details to hand.
I'd you don't have financial details to hand they can't help you but they don't tell you this until they take all your personal details
Privacy and personal details is a major concern. I phoned them literally last week would be my 10th attempt requesting them for help they are always so rude and unwilling to hel .
I had to remind them they are getting paid in a charity to help those in need not getting paid to be rude and fob off those desperately in need.
They said they will continue taking people's personal details over the phone without intent to help until the issue is put in writing. Quote words from receptionist and senior manager
