There's 4 treadmills, 4 cross trainers, 2 bikes, 2 rowing machines and various resistance weights, plus a dedicated women's area. Never had a problem getting onto machines in the 7 months I've been attending.

Classes seem to run frequently also, but I have not personally attended.

Good local social club. Sasra Membership can also be bought here. Function room next door with bar. Function room is also a gym.

Fabulous place to go for party shame one side of this club has been made to look nice but the party room has not had any thing done to it for a very long time it's a shame let's the place down the staff are very friendly and welcoming 😀
