My mother has been in the home for nearly three years and has just passed away, the care that she has received over this time has been outstanding.
From the managers, who were always available, to the nurses, aways there day or night to the care team, whom every and any request was dealt with promptly and efficiently.
The cleaners, as every corridor, room, bathroom were sparkling.
You all gave my mum the greatest care, and attention that she needed 24 hours a day.
She spoke so highly and fondly of you all and looked forward to you starting your shifts and going to see her in her room (32).
The tasks you had to perform, to make sure she was always as comfortable as possible as you went above and beyond what some people would do. All these chores carried out with the greatest of respect for her and with a compassion that I saw as sometimes love.
You are all very very special people and my family will always appreciate everything you did for mum until and after she passed away.
5 stars is not enough of a recommendation for this home and the people who work here.
