Katie was fantastic and very skilled at nail art she listened to what I wanted and took the time to choose the exact colours I wanted and added a beautiful amount of detail to the design. The overall experience was great and so nice to be offered a drink on arrival. One minor critique was the chair at the nail bar wasn't very comfortable but it was worth it for the end result and not enough of a reason not to come back. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

Yesterday I had the pleasure of visiting The Treatment Rooms Grange over Sands. I was greeted with a smile and given the offer of coffee or tea after entering the salon. Amy did a great job of tidying my nails and finishing them with a lovely gel colour. At the end of the treatment Clarins hand cream was massaged into my hands. Very nice!!

I was kindly given a gift voucher for The Treatment Rooms, which I wanted to use for some post-Partum pampering following the recent arrival of my baby girl. I booked the Clarins Expert Facial as it sounded incredible and incorporated lots of lovely products with a bit of massage - bliss!

Upon arrival at The Treatment Rooms, I was blown away by how beautiful the salon was, the decor and furnishings were stunning! I was given a warm welcome and was ushered to the sofa where I could choose a hot or cold drink from their extensive menu - a lovely touch - before meeting my therapist.

My treatment was with Kathryn and I cannot stress how fantastic she is. She immediately put me at ease with her bubbly personality and took time to really read my consultation notes before thoroughly examining my skin and explaining everything she was going to do. The next hour and twenty minutes were heavenly! I was cocooned in a heated bed underneath a mesmerising starlit sky ceiling as Kathryn applied a range of beautiful Clarins products and massage techniques - I was instantly relaxed.

After the treatment, I was given a glass of elderflower water to hydrate whilst Kathryn talked through the products she used and suggested some simple (and quick) additions to my existing skincare routine that would make a big difference, she even gave me a selection of samples to try at home.

Before leaving, I was offered another hot or cold drink and told I could stay and relax a little longer in their gorgeous waiting area if I wanted to, a really nice gesture, and if I had a little more time that day I would have definitely taken them up on it to prolong the relaxation even further.

When I got back home and looked in the mirror, I could visibly see the difference the treatment had made - my skin was brighter and smoother - even my hubby commented on it!

Pre-baby, I was a regular spa-goer and have experienced many treatments as part of my hospitality career too, a facial has always been my go-to, and I can confidently say that The Treatment Rooms Clarins Expert Facial was THE BEST facial I have ever had!!! It was my first time visiting The Treatment Rooms, but it definitely won't be my last, in fact I'm already planning my next visit for a bit of mummy me time! Feeling so grateful to have such a fantastic salon on my doorstep - thank you so much all.

The moment you step into the Salon you feel comfortable it is so friendly and welcoming.
This was a first for me as a treat and had a 50 minute Deep Massage felt amazing afterwards.

Always a happy place to spend time. All of the consultants are friendly and welcoming. Sadly I had to cancel a gel nail appointment. They were so kind and understanding. They kept me in mind on the cancellation list (yes they are that busy) I had a call from Katie and they have been able to fit me in. Katie did a great job and I also picked up a lovely new lipstick shade with her help. She is much sort after for her eyelash work. A talented young lady.
I usually see Rachel for my nails and am always delighted with the results, she is definitely the nail queen 👸🏻
