I also went to drop off 4 large bags of nearly new clothes and other items. All good quality. I also was told NO and that there was no room but there was plenty of room to put the bags down. Very very rude woman who I have previously had an encounter with where she undid my bags on the pavement and just left them there. I also will never donate there again. I took the bags to another charity shop and they were very grateful.

The manageress in this shop is lovely. Very helpful and kind. A great asset to the community. I always like going in this shop to find little treasures. All the staff are great.

Very nice people work there. Very accommodating and tried to help in every way. Despite being quite busy and snowed under with donations and customers had the time to help when I needed it. Will definitely be going back. It has come a long way over the last couple of years it seems. Impressed ?

I use the Caister store fairly regularly, I have to say it’s probably one of the best charity shops in the area. The staff are very accommodating, always taking donations if they have room. If not they are always very polite and saying that I can always bring them back another day.
The shop is very clean and stock rotated regularly making it a very interesting experience. 5 stars !

Went to donate and the lady there was very rude. Snapped my head off because I had 8 bags to give. She said they couldn’t take it as they had no room. Fair enough, but her attitude was that she was doing me a favour taking a couple of bags and told me to come back another day. I will never donate there again. Another charity took my donation gratefully. I don’t want undying gratitude but a civil thank you ( she didn’t even say it until I prompted her) and I’m sorry we are unable to accommodate more atm would have been far better than the extremely rude response I got. I have posted about it on FB and would like to complain to whoever is in charge if I can find them. Disgraceful.

I went in here to get some hard back books that were required for book folding and the lady that served me went above and beyond to help me out. She was extremely friendly and courteous and even gave me some extra books free of charge that the covers were in an unserviceable condition, which was ideal for me. The shop itself is small sized with plenty of varying stock. I always forget, but so the sign inside says, remember to bring your own carrier bag, although they have always had one for me. Thanks very much for going the extra mile, its much appreciated.
