Harbour ~ a place of safety when things get a bit to rough. A most useful resource for many homeless and or vulnerable members of our society. It offers not only a warm environment and a hot meal but friendly caring staff who will go the extra mile, even for a stranger.
Harbour ~ it does exactly what it says on the tin!!
