Absolutely wonderful place.
Incredible variety of stock and super helpful staff.
Great gaming experiences too with plenty of tables with scenery supplied to use.
Great TCG events too including regular games nights.
It's a one shop stop for everything you need hobby wise.
The owner goes above and beyond to help and this makes you feel special.
If I could give 1000 stars I wouldn't hesitate.

Been to a fair few 'geek' shops in my time, this shop is one if not the best shop I've been to has loads of different stock from board games to Warhammer 40k loads of variety card games which I've ended up buying random booster packs just to see what the cards are. If there's something you need and it's not on the shelf the very friendly shop manager will order it in for you. I've gone in wanting a new board game and Steve the owner of the shop is very knowledgeable of pretty much every board game on his shelves, which is insane considering the amount of different games he has to offer I'm yet to have bad advice on what game to buy. So ending off the review I would just like to say thank you for the years of service and support you have given me. Here's to hoping it will continue for a long long time.

Great atmosphere, felt welcomed every time since my 3 years of being there. Has some great storage for people to purchase, even if there's certain items they are after, they can ask the owner (who is a great guy) for specific items they are interested in buying. I will continue to go there and have plenty of fun with some great people 😁

It is a good shop with a great selection of TTRPG. But if you want to join a welcoming community, then this is not the right shop for you. The 'can't be arsed' attitude and manipulative sob stories eventually get old when you want a community of fun and people on the same wave length as you. My husband and I really supported the shop and its owner upon arriving to Grantham. Due to personal circumstances with family and close friends, we no longer attended the shop as much. Which caused a cold and stand-off ish atmosphere. This was not the support I needed when my Mum was dying, and my best friend was diagnosed with Cancer.

So, if you want to support a growing business with an ever growing fab community, go to Pendulum. They are forever expanding and are always open to any ideas their customers have. You can also order directly from them! So support the small business & the friendly community they have!

Went in the store got a hostile response from the owner for playing at another store and he also spoke about my close friends in a bad manner. I supposedly betrayed the store by choosing to play in another which is just wild to me as i don't understand how playing at different places is intentionally ruining his livelihood as said on his website. Safe to say i wont be going back

Dice cavern games has been a life line for my son.

Phoenix is an avid warhammer collector and player since the age of 5, we stumbled upon Steve's shop when we were going through a tricky time as a family, and his warhammer club on a Sunday has done no end of good for Phoenix. Steve has always gone above and beyond for the kids (and adults) that attend, making then feel welcome, included and respected. Making sure they even get home safely on his own time. If he has done this for Phoenix then I'm certain he has also done this for the others that go to not only the warhammer club but his other various events.

You have provided Phoenix, and the others, with a safe space at minimal cost, to play, learn and have fun together. There is nothing else like what you provide for young teenagers in town. Phoenix has made friends for life because of this. If you go, we (and others) would be incredibly sad. Fingers crossed with the support of those that care you can continue to provide this for years to come.
