Excellent facility but both the young girl receptionist and the girl who did my echocardiogram both need a crash course in customer care. Easily the two most miserable, ignorant and rude NHS staff I have ever come across. Awful attitude from both of them. Actually felt like making a complaint. A blemish on an otherwise fabulous NHS.
4 stars for the facility but less than one star for the staff I had to deal with.
