I don’t leave reviews very often. Good or bad. However I have been blown away by the level of customer service from this company. I rushed through an order and didn’t realise the VAT was added at the last stage. I promptly sent an email as I felt it was then out of my budget. I received an email from Mr Dunn the managing director (what a lovely gentleman) saying he would like to discuss the situation. Called me nice and early and couldn’t of been more helpful. I will certainly be recommending this company to friends and people in the trade. Customer service done right, unfortunately a strange thing these days. Thanks again.
