I rented a property from Lilian Davis Group and wouldn’t recommend it to anybody. I had ants, mice and mold. The company do not care about their tenants, ignore their tenants and take a long time to deal with issues within the property. And when they do come out to deal with the issues it’s never fixed or dealt with properly. The problem is always reoccurring. I have been blatantly ignored by the owner of the company when trying to contact him on many different occasions. When you ring the office they say they will mark the issue as urgent and get someone to call back but I never receive a call back! It’s extremely frustrating. And the fact I’ve been expected to live in these conditions with a newborn who is now one year old is appalling! Terrible company and how they treat their tenants is disgusting.
