Property looks well but if anything breaks or needs replacing, repairing, then it becomes nightmare after nightmare for a prolonged time. They deliberately do not carry out the repairs to save their money and choose to put tenants in great inconvenience and discomfort after taking rent from them.
They are unprofessional and arrogant. Stay away from the rogues

New Head Office for One Housing Group. Consistently fails its residents and is structured to do so. With individual housing management responsible for c.50 sites even just managing site visits is unrealistic.

There are multiple segmented support teams covering elements such as heating or elevators. This structure is almost opaque to residents and internally makes coordination of a site impossible. Simply asking for a calendar that notes when technicians or contractors can be expected on site was reported to be unachievable by One Housing. We as residents are charged with keeping the site secure by closing doors and not allowing in strangers. But we are expected to ignore strangers in the building and to assume they are rightfully there.

Ultimately, residents do not get the service they deserve and pay for. This has been highlighted in multiple 3rd party service assessments over the years.

An awful organisation which couldn't care less about its residents. They charge you a fortune in service charges and you get shambolic service in return. I curse the day I bought a flat in a building managed by One Housing and if anyone out there is considering doing the same then please do your research and speak to residents in their developments.

A mixed communities housing scheme. Very well maintained; the scheme provides accommodation services for the homeless and social / affordable low rental properties for general needs member of our community.

Very unprofessional, gave an incorrect fob on 3 occasions, phone service is rubbish, they puy you on hold then disconnect the call, noone knows anything, lack structure, phone agent charlote eats whilst speaking on the phone, rogue person. Complaints procedure doesnt work. TERRIBLE HOUSING ASSOCIATION
