We visit Combeswood Canal Trust most weeks to buy coal. The opening hours are very limited but this is a charity, they can't afford to open the shop as much as a normal shop.

Depending who is on you will at least get a cheerful person who will be happy to have a little chat. It is always nice to see the boats in such a well maintained, pretty basin, tucked away at the back of an industrial estate.

Keep your eyes open for the annual open day, very small but it will fill an hour or so and raise money for a very deserving cause.

Lovely place , lovely people, well maintained & operated, always a nice welcome when we work here, never had a bad experience in 8+ years of visiting for gas safety & maintenance reasons. Look forward to seeing you all again next time......

The boat builder had just picked our new boat from the marina, because of Covid we couldn't. Nice Marina looks very secure. Would just like to thank the Dobbs family we will look after Jubilee 🥰
