Our dad/uncle was very well looked after by the staff of Alexander House, who are caring and experienced. The home is clean, warm and comfortable with pleasant surroundings. Many thanks to all the staff for their care and kindness to us all.

Fantastic or 4 home the staff are so caring and compassionate. The home is always very clean in all areas. They have various activities i have seen going on. I have seen residents having their hand nails done and with varnish on if they want. They have a hairdresser who goes in and podiatry. Other proffessionals go in --like drs and any relevant others. You are welcomed at the door and can turn up anytime and i have visited my mother margaret many times and different days. Bedrooms and all facilites clean. PAM THE MANAGER tries to be available to discuss any comcerns without rushing you and helpful on the phone. ALL the staff helpful in person and on the phone. I cant recommend highly enough and am very grateful for the care they give my mother. Thank you.

The staff are wonderful, caring and kind. The home is spotlessly clean and has beautiful furnishings. We couldn’t be happier with the care that Mum has.
