Wonderful shop and friendly helpful staff. My only gripe? A very rude and aggressive lady customer who snatched loads of items off the rails with no respect at all for personal space. I hope she's not a regular.

This low scoring is no reflection on the shop but an isolated incident due to member of staff named kiran. The young lady started having a go at me accusing me of not buying books which I was looking at , she stepped in to my personal space without wearing L a mask.A contradiction to the signage outside the shop which states you need to wear 1. Amrit please talk to this young person about her mannerism because she also started telling off another woman in the shop for not wearng a mask. This hypocritical behaviour is unacceptable. Once again this is not not a criticism of asha, please Carey on doing the great work that you do.
