What was once a great charity shop has now been ruined by a crazy pricing scheme. Ridiculously overpriced to the point where items are as expensive as they would be brand new! Looking something up on eBay and pricing it as they are priced on there doesn't work as people are listing overpriced things on eBay and then you are using those inflated prices to judge your second hand stock. Look at sold prices for a real guide on second hand pricing. Upper management need to have a major look at what's going on here as things are now just sitting on the shelves not selling and frankly it's an embarrassment. As a result the shop is overcrowded. I used to shop here regularly but there are a huge amount of great charity shops down George street who don't have rediculous prices. Charity shops have always been a place for people with less money to shop but this is not the case here anymore sadly. Every time I go in there I hear other customers shocked at prices and now it's just insulting. You are a charity shop not a designer boutique. You have lost another customer today which equates to a loss of earnings to the red cross and it's great work which is being undermined by clearly inexperienced staff. I hope you consider what I've said and make changes and stop putting a bad name on the amazing Red Cross

So overpriced and all the design/size labels cut out of garments. Found a plain white t-shirt priced at £15 looked like a generic t-shirt you could buy for £3.50 at primark and the label was snipped out so you dont even know where its from
