Not much to say other than this is an informative and well looked after space with educational content that links to the broads. Typical gift shop inside with various trinkets for sale - again with a theme that links to the river. I liked the decor inside and it was a bonus that a clean and tidy toilet block was attached to the side. The shop window is packed full of information - I found the weather updates most useful.

Hoveton Visitor Centre is located in NR12 8UR which is close to the Wroxham Medium Stay car parking space. The Visitor Centre staff is very nice. She introduced us where we can go and advise us what are the useful materials that we can take away for reference.

Booked tickets for a 1 hr fully electric, solar powered katamaran boat trip along the river,Mark our captain made it a very enjoyable boat trip with his laid back but interesting commentary, its a beautiful experience and very relaxing..and the water is very clear, see fish as we travelled along.

A huge thank you to a staff member called Chris ( I think), who very kindly handed in my son's phone which he lost the previous day. We collected it tonight from the local McDonald's and we now have a very happy teen 😃. Thanks again

Booked a last minute, 1 hour boat trip through this place. Had the best trip with a guy called Chris! He was super informative and we enjoyed every second of it.

A short walk up a side road from the main shopping street, this visitor centre is fairly small but has lots of free leaflets and video information about the Broads. The man behind the counter was knowledgeable and helpful. Did not find the book about Norfolk that I was looking for, but there are plenty of maps, wildlife charts and books for walkers, boating enthusiasts and nature lovers. The centre also has toilets.
