I had an excellent experience with these guys!

They arrived within fifteen minutes of the scheduled time which impressed me as they had to drive through the thick of London to get here. They got all my stuff in the house within two hours.

They were professional, friendly, and very sweet to my toddler. They were careful with my things, stacked up all the boxes thoughtfully, and took direction as needed. I did not have them unpack my stuff, but I have no doubt they would have treated my items gingerly.

Definitely recommend and thank y'all very much!

Absolutely terrible. Where do I begin.. day 1 of packing the 3 chaps were rushing to leave by 1pm. I specifically asked the one chap called Callem to wrap my rare vintage record player system carefully yet when it arrived it was wrapped in nothing but a sheet of brown paper. Absolutely destroyed when I received it. My microwave was the same in a sheet of paper and dented like it's been dropped in a curb. Numerous items smashed. Heavy items like kettle bells and medicine ball packed with computer monitor screen with no padding or protection. Single piece of tape on all the boxes. I've unpacked all now yet still can't find things, there was a load of screws which ide wrapped and handed to the one chap called Dan to include as they go to a shelving unit, totally gone. During the day I saw them rolling my boxes down my stairs and then at the end Callem brought me the documents to sign and he had already circled the questionnaire on my behalf !!! I said hang on ide like to answer this myself and he said they were in a hurry (1pm) . My son arrived at end and tipped them each £20 and brought them lunch and drinks! Shew they didn't deserve this. Infact they shouldn't even be working there, the attitude ; when I said about my record player; thr response was" I've been doing this for 11years ,and I'm 27 now I know what I'm doing" haha what a joke young lad!

The joining and pairing company(Cargopac) on the other side in South Africa are absolutely brilliant, over and above, helped me unpack and put my couch etc together hung pictures, just wonderful, unfortunately for them they use the lazy unhelpful safepac in the UK. I used Cargopac to move my things from SA to UK and such great service a family run business with a personal and friendly touch. .that's why I used them again but sadly the company that was used on the UK side are absolutely awful. Sorry Bill but your team were really bad and even you ignoring my calls and messages when they damaged the apartment floors and walls is not good service. I will be writing another review on another platform. Very disappointing!

Absolutely disgraceful - not just the worst ever delivery I have ever had, it’s so unpleasant that I don’t know whether I was ‘serviced’ by a delivery crew or a gang member. Rob, the lead of the 3 people crew was beyond rude. He consistently threatened me during the delivery, I was not allowed to ask questions or queries his practice which was completely different from what I booked for. He wasn’t even happy for me to call the HO to clarify! He showed zero respect to the property- stepped on newly laid down carpet with his dirty shoes repeatedly, after been reminded and offered shoe covers. Left marks on new decorated walls. Complained throughout the job that a 10 mins job turned into 2 hours one - there are 10 large parcels to be fully unpacked and put in the room of choices, not sure whether it’s ever possible to do it in 10 mins, not
Mentioning they spent max 45 mins together, including paper work and time spent to ask Rob to do his job! The list goes on… Absolutely disgraceful. Senders out there - do you want this company to handle your packages then receiving customer complaints?

We just had our stuff delivered today and the 2 gentlemen that made the delivery were really nice and accommodating! They made sure that we got everything unpacked, checked for damages, and assembled all our furniture. We're really satisfied with their service. Both of them were quick and only took about 2 hours to finish the unpacking. They were grateful too! There are no damages on our stuff.

Good day am actually posting this regarding the absolute worst service that was given to my daughter, this company packed my her belongings in order for shipping from UK to South Africa. At the time she did comment to one of the men packing about the lack of proper protection to a particular item, she was told “ don’t worry we’ve been doing this for years “
On arrival in South Africa when we unpacked, her ‘ Vintage Record Player was destroyed having been wrapped in a sheet of newspaper,
Her New Microwave oven was also damaged beyond repair, was even in a box!
And so it went on!
To sum up; Disgraceful ! And Disrespectful.
The gentleman at the Office’ in charge was informed but was Not Interested at all . I would like to submit Minus 5 Stars

The team were swift and efficient at the job. There were no noticeable issues during their stay, were quick and clean and packed well. would recommend to use them again *especially Andy and Tony! The pics show some of the work they done but wasn't all.

Safepac have just arranged to have our furniture and other personal items shipped & moved back from the UK to South Africa , Johannesburg.We are very impressed and grateful for the very efficient and excellent service we received from the MD Bill Flynn and his staff.He has also saved us a lot in the total shipping costs for which we are also very grateful .We would highly recommend Safepac in Mildenhall Suffolk,to anyone who is moving internationally, David & Carol Logan
