Staff are amazing, they will give you advice on benefits, and the latest tech equipment which will help you with your sight loss just the thing you need to make life easy. They can also get some aids as well like daylight bulbs, gadgets for your home. Please don't feel you are alone, if you live in Gateshead and South Tyneside District please give them a call.

Thank you so much, esp to David A & Rebecca M. Now with the support received for around the house ie smoke/carbon monoxide alarms, doorbell etc, I am feeling more positive while living by myself with being totally deaf when not wearing my hearing aids.
It really had made a difference!
