This is a wonderful place. You will meet others like yourself!

Some are still walking, some are using walking aids and some in wheelchairs. Everyone is very friendly.

There is a yoga/chair exercise class on Tuesdays and
Thursdays.

We play Bingo too on both those days, which everyone really enjoys.

A £5 entrance fee is required, and you get a free hot drink and biscuits with that.

The hall can be hired.

Excellent facilities and it is good to hold a memory cafe there once a month, and it's down to the volunteers from the Rotary clubs of Barkingside and Redbridge long. may it continue keep safe and in touch. We also held our Christmas ? community lunch for about 80 people, and it was a very lovely occasion

I take my son to karate. The centre has accessible toilets and has a range of activities for all age groups. Centre has parking for cars and small mobility vans.

Love it, I've had MS for over 20 years and it's by far best place I've found with very professional and friendly staff, it's great to be able to speak to other people who know exactly what I am going through 10/10 full marks.
