The Texas advocacy project is a great resource! The lady I spoke to was patient with me, she worked me through my original petition for divorce, step by step, explained things and gave me the confidence to turn my papers in to the clerk! Thank you So much! I had those papers for six months, too scared I had things wrong in it. The day after I got help, I turned them in! I'm very grateful to these people and this program!

Their legal line has been extremely helpful to me in dealing with my divorce. I was at my wits end with my soon to be ex’s harassing and stalking and I called them on a whim not expecting much and the very first call the attorney I spoke with walked me through everything that’s required to get the ball rolling. I was blown away in a good way. I’ve had to call multiple times since for continual help because I get so much pushback from my spouse refusing to do what’s needed to finalize it. But each time they’re just as helpful and walk me through what I need to do, what to file, how to fill out forms, etc.
