Amazing establishment, run and operated by great staff.

I had the privilege to volunteer, with CACCC by setting up for the Back to School drive.
I cannot express how proud I am to have gotten to be a part of such an incredible event.

You can tell that everyone genuinely loves and cares about their community. I’m blessed to have been able to attend the volunteer team, by setting up the event!

Extra special thanks to all of the staff, for making everyone feel so welcomed. Truly was an incredible experience.

They are VERY non accommodating. If your child doesn't fit their cookie cutter they could care less. They will take your child and treat you as if they know better than you. And if you don't jump thru their hoops they will not compromise to help the child. This place is great for parents who get their children taken away because the parents won't have a voice and that is how they like to function- no accountability. They will even LIE to not answer your concerns. This is NOT just the therapist this is LEADERSHIP ALL THE WAY UP (C suite). They will refer that their charity "policies" are the Law of Texas. If you are looking for a partner in your child's mental health DON'T GO HERE! If you want names you can message me... I will give them to you as to the Who I am referring to.

The staff is very unresponsive. It does not have the education or experience to Appropriate decisions. This place is horribly run and it is shame that abused children can’t get their appropriate treatment.

Great facility.
Too bad the programming is a total waste of time and resources. No parenting training offered. Trying to force people into programs for drug and alcohol abuse when you never have used drugs or alcohol. If anything, their program create more family problems that didn't originally exist.

I had an amazing woman for my therapist. I recommend trying to get your child or yourself with Katie. She's the absolute best and will make activities related to the topic of discussion to help you really get through it. I loved therapy because of her. We got to paint while I talked about trauma, which healed me much faster than if I sat in a chair for an hour with nothing to do. They have special play rooms, art rooms, etc. for younger children in the new building. Highly recommend.

No comment needed to tell you that this place does not like helping people after all. The receptionist was completely unavailable, it seemed, when she was sitting right there. It seemed like that was all she wanted to do was sit. 🙂 and I mean literally, she did not assist me with anything I needed help with. I literally had to call the hotline again through a different place altogether. I have PTSD F43.10, Depression and Anxiety. Being discouraged like that at a place like this really takes a shot at anyone struggling.
