Lovely Staff, very very, helpful indeed. The Manager TJ is exceptional, and so kind. He goes above and beyond to help.
The Shop has greatly improved since he took over as Manager, 5 years ago.
The shop floor alway's looks really good, as does the shop Window display. I look forward to going to the shop, as the Staff and Manager are so pleasent.

Previously bought a children's puzzle and unfortunately 1 piece was missing.

Opening hours state 9-5pm on Google but the store was still not open at 9.50am this morning and was already closed when I came back at 16.52 this afternoon.

The shop is very quiet and the manager have changed the shop about and made it even worse the bric and brac shelves have moved from the front of shop to the back of shop and people from the bus stop liked to see bric in front of shop as it draws people in to look and also they got same shoes and handbags from 3-4 weeks ago and was told they change it every 2 weeks but they haven't and the manager haven't got a clue of what he is doing and his attitude towards customers is wrong and he has 3 volunteers behind the till that does nothing but talk and you don't need 3 on the till and the only person that does any work is the assistant manager who is very nice and polite and works 2days a week and it's just a shame that it's got so bad as it was a lovely shop to go in but not anymore and it's about time they got new manager who cares about the shop as the manager don't

Male shop assistant was bending over exposing his hairy but crack out of the top of his trousers as I walked in! ?
Approached the till area and said to the female assistant I had some things to give away.
The male shop assistant rudely shouted out "WE'RE NOT TAKING ANYTHING" I then turned round & he shouted again "WE'RE NOT TAKING ANYTHING ".
Considering that this is a shop that supports people with mental health issues, the attitude and behaviour of this man was absolutely appalling, especially considering I drove all the way to donate some really valuable clothes and items to the shop to support the mental health group (also suffering with mental health problems myself).
This whole experience left me very upset, distressed & disturbed.
The attitude/behaviour from this man who worked there was absolutely disgusting.
Plus he should learn to dress more respectfully!
I will never step foot in Sidcup mind shop ever again!
