Had problems signing into my account all week, ever since I got an email from the neighbour coach, Bromford then locked my account, I then rang them, I was 12th in the queue, and time to wait 6 minutes, next message told me 15 minutes, I hung up.
I sent an email to their digital email and now they have blocked me. Best they sort it out asap or the rent cannot get paid!

Absolute disgrace of a company, been renting from them for over a year now and all I've had is continous issues with every department possible. No care for their customers regardless of whether their elderly or with young children and babies, should be shut down.
Repairs guys that visit homes are fantastic literally their only positive.

This company is the most worse company ever!I live in a place where they have council houses and these people with their vans are always blocking my driveway,even if the streets are empty,they don't have any respect for people's private properties!They think they work for the police or something! Horrible behaviour from the people with the vans!!!!
PS: I have a dropped kerb in front of my house, that's owed by myself,soo I am not a council tenant! Apparently these people think the entire street belongs to the council and people living on this street are homeless or beggars or something,and are really happy to see these vans like returning of God or something...

Useless, windows closed but might as well be open for the amount of draught they let in,waited 2yrs for my back door to be done ( its done now) but 2yrs for any kind of repair is not acceptable

I hate Bromford Housing as they moved me into a property with a troublemaker nextdoor. I told them about the cannabis smoking nextdoor and they do nothing.

Worst housing association ever we have two complaints against them atm one for backdoor that should've been made secure before we moved in as I pointed out that the locks weren't great and now we can't even lock it which presents a security risk and we have 3 children to keep safe!! And one complaint for our wet room which doesn't drain properly and we are having to constantly turn the shower on and off and sweeping the water to the plug because it doesn't drain an floods which has led to our dining room light being disconnected because it leaked through the ceiling!! And the ceiling is also damaged now because of it which is another potential safety risk!! We have also been having trouble with our heating which was supposed to have been sorted yesterday but the engineer never turnt up with no communication as to why and no warning of any cancellation!! So I waited in all day for nothing wasting my time. Someone is meant to be coming today and if that doesn't happen that'll be another complaint!! If I could give zero stars i would. An absolute abomination of a company.

I’m a resident of Bromford and I’m disabled and have had continuous issues with Bromford since I move in the property. I have been treated indifferently on several occasions and being attacked multiple time by the neighbourhood coach and being discriminated being disabled and has also suffered racism. I have been waiting on repairs since February, which they keep cancelling either on the day of repair without a call, or text and we are mow in November. I have been pushed back and forth on stiffs to help with our health and disability which has caused me to waste money and time. The neighbourhood coach Laura Rogers came to my home for me to give her information on the neighbour next door so she could evict her. The neighbour is also black. This is not the first time a bromford staff has asked me to give information on my black neighbour, or have tried to set us up against ourselves so we fuss so we are both evicted. Myself and my family has been through so much since we lived here and we were given this property to help with out health and disability. I’ve been calling twice, or more on a weekly basis complaining about the lack of service, support and the attacks and discrimination I have been receiving and no complaints has been taken up. All I keep getting for months is promises to get a call back, or just lies. This is the worst housing association to deal with and to have blacks fighting against blacks is malicious and can cause allot of problems. I feel trapped living in their home and can’t go back on home choice bromford told them they will do everything to make my home suitable. The neighbourhood coach is a bully and she is also known to my family and has been causing allot of upset to my family for years. Yet still I pointed this out to her manager and she says I have to still work with her. Laura is a bully and treats disabled people with no care, or regards. She’s envious and wants to yell me how I should live. This is unfair and pressuring and Laura is the reason why my disabled family is struggling and wasting money right now. She knew we had the ok for the built of a shed to store a hydrotherapy tub for my family health and disability and she fights against me for months to take it down and when someone else authorities it, she finds someone else to stop it again, which has caused delay and waste of money and difficulties in our health, because she says I don’t deserve to have it in my garden. Bromford also said the built was denied and it wasn’t as I had the letter from the in 2021. I had to shoe them again. Then Laura went again to fight against me after South Gloustershire Council Planning Team also ok my built and then Laura hot Bromford to stop me again wasting building money and stuffs for the built and time. Every day she on my phone bullying me, or arguing with me. I have text recordings and other proof of her behaviour and she lies and denies them all even with proof and Bromford covers up for her. The bathroom is covered with Mould and Mildew and all the neighbourhood coach does is tell me next time when they come back they will look at it. There is a leak in the wall and she wont let the repairs be done, this is going on for a booked repair since February, but the Mould and Mildew has been there longer. Laura hates my family and is very bitter and she shouldn't be working with me and I shouldn't be forced to work with her. She has caused enough trauma to my family for years now. I have tried to resolve the issue with Bromford but they don’t do anything. I’m not staying silent anymore.

Worst service I have ever received from a company. I’m sure they would soon chase me if I didn’t pay my rent but they won’t come out and do a simple repair.
I’ve had a blocked sink since Monday and then last night the waste pipe behind my washing machine was leaking all over my kitchen. I did ring the emergency call out line and a lovely guy came out and sorted it for now, however I have to wait over 3 weeks for the actually repair to be done and that’s not guaranteed as they cancel or just don’t turn up ?
They’re an absolute joke
