Never heard of this Company but AccessibleHomes asked them to put an Electric Socket downstairs by the Front Door. Small job for the Experts but making a big difference for me. The two Guys who did the job were excellent and very respectful of my Mental and Physical Health. I am very thankful for the work they did and the great clean up afterwards. They are brilliant Representatives for this Company.

I am now on week 4 of a disabled wet room being done by this company through Bristol council and I still only have a Toilet!. . No wash facilities! Despite me going away for the 1st week to allow for the works to be carried out without interruption . . I returned to AWFUL, unfinished, cowboy work which had to be all ripped out by by a sub contractor to this company and started again. . Altho the works are now being continued to a reasonable standard by sub contractor I am still without a bathroom for myself and my 15 year old son, 3 weeks on from returning to my home! Communication is non existent between office and client and between office and builders. . The worst company I've ever had the misfortune to be stuck with having to use. I advise if you are having your works done via a grant through the council you do not touch this company with a barge pole. . There is no care and consideration towards the client whatsoever. . If it were in my control I would not be having this company back in my house but sadly as it is through bristol City council I have absolutely no control. I am just stuck with them, being disabled is challenging enough each day without the added stresses of not being able to wash or shower and living in a building site! My sons bedroom has been out of use for the whole of this time too . . Contains rubbish, old waste pipework and no light. This is all unacceptable for any client, but for a disabled lady alone with a teenage son this really is a disgusting way to be treated whilst supposedly having work done to help our lives.

NEVER get this company !! On the first, visit to put in a new kitchen, they broke my boiler and refused to take responsibility for it. I was told the job would take 3 weeks max and that was if they run into problems. I have been waiting for completion for 3 months. The job was completed today after 3 months and they have this time broken my cooker. Literally no gas to my cooker at all. I am waiting for them now to come back its 18.49pm and I do not hold much hope as they have constantly lied to me in over the past 3 months !! They left my house in a mess didn't do ANYTHING they say on there home page and now have left with no way of cooking my evening meal for my family. This has caused gross inconvenience. WORST COMPANY EVER !!!!!!!!! THIS COMPANY STINK . They deserve NO STARS

Worst contractor ever " Firsty they come out to fit a new plug socket and replaced with a new one and left wires out at the bottom of socket. They came out to replace some loft insulation and he was rude . They replaced a bit to the front and side which took 20 minutes on a two bedroom small house and invoiced 50 Square metres . And waiting months to replace a bath finally came out and measured it i had to wait over two weeks as was told by the plumber he was going on holiday so it was booked in after his holiday that evening the day before booked day they text to change appointment until today and today is here and no show . Phoned office to be told there only plumber is still on holiday and Don't know if he ordered the bath or not because they can't get hold of him on his phone . So it's gone to another contractor and have to start again with measuring and ordering the bath . They shouldn't be doing work on properties.
