Baffled at the bad reviews I honestly regret not
Changing doctors to Lingholme house doctors years ago!!!! Spent my life with ormskirk house surgery doctors and receptionists who couldn’t care less, lingholme house go above and beyond to help you and listen and especially Steph at the front of house that lady makes my life so much easier with everything I need taken care of, absolutely brilliant and a pleasure to deal with 🙏 i appreciate everything they all do for me at lingholme as I’m not the easiest of patients 😂

They Put my trust back in doctors surgeries i appreciate them so much 🙏

Seems like this surgery doesn’t want to help people with mental health and anxiety. Could not get an appointment face to face only a telephone appointment which they didn’t do when I phoned up to question it was told that there was no record of despite this being on my patient access which then disappeared so I had no proof. Was told Dr Pyle would ring still waiting for that call so ended up phoning the crisis team who were really understanding. They are going to sort out the medication review that I should have had two years ago. Also will phone this evening Wonderful service. Will be putting a complaint in and will try to move to different go

Well, what a difference! Super nice reception staff. Electronic prescriptions, online medical records....brilliant! Best surgery I've been to. My last visit, receptionist said "I don't want to let you go without making sure I've done everything I can for you". Compare that to other receptionists who see every appointment as a personal defeat. Absolutely shining example of how a GP surgery should be.

I have been with this surgery for nearly a year and have never been able to see a gp face to face. Don't even know who my gp is because I have never seen them. Rang this morning (Monday 9am) as soon as the lines were open, and they are fully booked until Thursday, but I have been told before I can't book an appointment in advance, so how does that even make sense? I have given up now and will just go directly to the walk in or A&E.

I have been in today to have a blood test that was requested by my doctor. I have to say, I have received the best care and service today that I have ever received at a doctors surgery or in any form of healthcare. I am petrified of blood tests due to a phobia I have, and the healthcare assistant made me feel so at ease. Her professionalism is the best I have come across in this environment. Cannot recommend the individual and the surgery enough. 5 star from me. Thanks very much.
