Disappointed with conversation really poor advice, not qualified to give..
Housing disrepair issues with Camden.
Currently have a solicitor who has made a number of errors, which I explained.
Advisor gave me incorrect advice, I felt like i was defending my position rather than getting any meaningful guidance and advice.
It was obvious he was not knowledgeable and his advice was you have a solicitor and you can’t change.
But you can change solicitor and not really listening to my difficulties re my health.
Really stressful interaction when you need help.

Total and utter waste of time. The only "service" you are able to get is an endless (literally for hours) loop of the worst kind of recorded rubbish music and occasional reminders that you're in a queue and need to continue to hold (At the start there is also a recorded verbal warnings that complaints are not tolerated)

Andrew picked up the phone and sorted my query out very swiftly and extremely professionally. I had dealt with the CAB 7 years ago and they helped so much with the information they gave me. Very helpful and caring staff. I would like to say thank you to Connie who was very thorough with my case. She asked a lot of questions to best understand my situation and she took time to really read through all the documents I sent before giving me advice. It used to be a brilliant service. Now you cannot even reach them on the phone.
Last week I waited over an hour and the call simply disconnected. Next time I was waiting 1 hr 38 min and no one answered. Today my wait time was 2 hr 14 min and no one answered. Does that line even exist anymore

Also, the last time I miraculously managed to speak to them which was around 4 months ago, twice, the advisers were incompetent beyond words. All they were doing was just googling and trying to find some solutions on the go, shoddily, in the least effort way. I was actually more knowledgeable than these people and their "advice" was totally useless.

Outrageous!
