It is such a shame, this place could and should be way more than what it is. it definitely has the capabilities. But.... Staff that are way more than happy to close you're bed space for any reason what so ever. They sack the best members of staff and employ people that cannot even use a computer !? certain members of staff lie, steal food, and sleep on shift. they are only there for their pay check. I wish i could give it a 0/10

Would rather house those that prefer to stay in conditions of addiction and trauma, so that they can keep as much funding coming in as possible. It's pretty much been the same people in there for years. Where as someone with series health conditions is left waiting for an operation that is booked next month, a consultation book with another surgery team for assessment and test plan for assessing concerning symptoms, while living on the streets

So this place has saved me twice over winter a hot meal , a warm bed but more importantly a connection to the local council to help me ...... With my whole hearted..... I thank York road project for there understanding and help
