I visited Paul in September 2023 as I had been experiencing bouts of lower back pain for the last 18 months. Paul worked with me to identify the issues and correct diagnose the problem. Through a routine of daily mobility exercises/stretches and several sessions with Paul over 12 weeks I am confident in my back health and pleased to now be pain free. My sessions involved, laser therapy, massage and manual manipulation to encourage healing and movement in the right areas.

I first visited Paul in February 2023 with a number of issues with shoulder and hip areas after a fall at work. After a series of manipulation, acupuncture and laser treatment and following Paul's advice about exercises, the issues i was experiencing subsided and I am pleased to say I last visited Paul in August. I have since continued the exercises and am happy to report that I am still pain free. Apologies Paul for the late review, I thought I would wait a while and see how I got on. Suffice to say I couldn't recommend your services highly enough.

Have had painful lower back problems, on and off, for a few years.

I have had long term neck and shoulder pain, and also lower back and left leg pain. The latter suddenly worsened making it difficult for me to walk any distance. Paul was very gentle and professional, and also used laser treatment on me. Within three visits I was able to walk several miles along a beautiful sandy beach and across the Cornish cliffs - something I thought would be impossible at this time. I am now visiting him occasionally to keep up the good work, and doing the exercises he recommended. Absolutely brilliant!

I’ve been going to a Chiropractor for years but decided I needed a change as I felt I wasn’t getting enough relief. I gave Paul a try and I honestly feel so much better. I was given exercises to do at home that help and feel I can trust Paul’s advice and guidance on what to do in the future. I have had an ongoing pain for years and no matter what I’ve had done it’s never gone. Now that pain and the side effects I had with it have gone and I’m so grateful for what he has done. I have had long term back pain and been to various Osteopaths over the years without any long term benefit. That was until I made an appointment with Paul, the diagnosis and preliminary assessment by Paul was first class and he clearly identified the area that needed attention.
The treatment that followed reduced the discomfort to almost nothing and lasted a long time with occasional visits required to have further treatment to correct any drift in my posture, he also advised exercises that are of great benefit to ensuring a longevity of comfort.
A very professional and friendly service at a very cost effective price.

First class service!
I made an appointment to see Paul due to shoulder & back pain. Being a Sports Coach, a fully functioning body is a must!! He was very thorough in his assessment and explanation of the cause of my pain. He was very professional and caring and after three treatments my condition improved dramatically and by doing the exercises Paul showed me I was able to continue to alleviate the pain for good.

Words, and payment, do not reflect the wonder of being without pain. I had had back pain for several years. I had tried various Osteopaths, and similar, over the years without any long term benefit. That was until I made an appointment with Paul, the diagnosis and preliminary assessment by Paul was first class and he clearly knew what treatment would be needed. His regular treatment reduced any pain to almost nothing. I emphasise the word 'regular.' At first my visits were fairly often. Sometimes I would suddenly get a pain, for almost no apparent reason, but often because of gardening. If the pain would not go away, Paul would see me at a moment's notice. He was brilliant. I could not have managed without him. Eventually I felt confident to reduce the visits to four weekly.

Now I see him about every 8 weeks because my posture is not quite as straight as it should be. However, thanks to Paul's instructions, I try not to have such a 'bag-carrying' back - it does tend to have a list! Having carried various types of bags, of various weights, for over 60 years this isn't easy. Paul's exercises are of great benefit. A very professional and friendly service at a cost effective price. A million thanks to Paul.
