The Richmond Hill hotel is ideally located in leafy surroundings at the top of the town ideally placed for a stroll in Richmond Park or to the town centre. The Hotel is run to the highest standard in all respects including cleanliness and its approach to quality consistently wraps around you. Our room was superbly appointed , quiet and well decorated, we particularly loved the heated floor in the bathroom a very nice luxurious touch. The Restaurant served excellent quality and tasty food and I would highly recommend the Breakfast, leave your self time to enjoy. ||Overall its so nice to find such a substantial quality Hotel getting so many things right for the enjoyment of it's visitors. Excellent plus, plus!

The hotel was very nice and the reception staff were excellent. Moved rooms around so that my 86 year old mother-in-law could be nearby. Plenty of free parking, with electric chargers was a massive bonus.||||One huge disappointment was breakfast. The experience was ok on Saturday, but on Sunday we came down at 9.30 for a table of 3 (me, my wife and elderly mother-in-law). We were told there were no tables available and we could wait, be split up on different tables or sit on a low coffee table in the bar that wasn't suitable. We decided to wait - and wait & wait! We were waiting for well over 30 minutes on our feet (not so good for an 86 year old) - and eventually suggested we would cram round a small table in the bar, which we did. We then had to ask 3 times for drinks! I asked to see the manager to ask them to comp a cappuccino, (which should be included at this price anyway!) - which she did, begrudgingly. She would not take any criticism over our experience - and implied it was just tough luck as it was busy.||||I could see afterwards, that tables of 2 who were seated after we arrived were next to each other, so with some planning and holidinga table of 2 we could have been seated. There were many other larger groups who had to be split up., This is really bad management - either make and hold some larger tables on bad days, open up other rooms (we could see one past the door) or implement a boking system for breakfast times! ||||It really did sour an otherwise good experience - and we probably won't return because of it.

This hotel is beautiful, and on the hill close to two beautiful gardens for exploring. The rooms are large with comfortable beds. The bathrooms are clean and ours had heated floors! The breakfast buffet is wonderful with plenty of options.

Bank Holiday weekend/Notting Hill Carnival - I live in the area and was looking for somewhere a little quieter, so treated myself to a return visit to this very lovely, charming hotel. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. The room, though small, was perfect for one guest, and lovely. The bed was really comfortable. With Richmond Park nearby to walk around I had a thoroughly fabulous weekend.

As close to perfect as you can get.
The rooms are spotless, spacious, extremely comfortable and well appointed. The hotel and restaurant staff are friendly and helpful.
Walk to all the restaurants, shops and amenities that Richmond has to offer.
What a pleasant stay.

I stayed in a junior Georgian suite at the Richmond Hill Hotel with my sister, the night before her wedding, helped her to get ready in the room on the big day, and returned to recover after the party the next night!||We were very well looked after by Tushar in particularly, who made things as easy as possible for us - checking my sister in to her booked room for the wedding night in advance, and moving luggage from my room to hers once the room was ready, so that she and her new husband had no hassle when they arrived. The team were patient with the coming and going of makeup artists and photographers, and also made sure there were some congratulatory treats ready for the couple, which was a lovely touch. ||Everything was comfortable and we were provided with everything we needed.

Lovely hotel, however, we had room 361 which is unfortunately directly above the restaurant and the music plays until midnight and then starts again at 07:00. The base from the music is easily heard through the floor.

A charming little hotel in Richmond with a good location - both for Richmond Park and the city center. The restaurant, in particular, is stunning. We were less impressed by the sloping floor and low ceilings in the room. Moreover, for a price of around 300 € per night, you'd expect a minibar and a bathrobe (available upon request). Overall, we like the hotel and would return - perhaps we'll have better luck with the room next time.

We stayed at the Hotel for the Women’s Rugby World Cup at Twickenham.|Seldom have I stayed at a place where the whole team seems totally committed to customer service. From the Reception Desk to the service in the Bar and Restaurant and housekeeping, the Hotel operated like a well oiled machine.|Everyone was so helpful and friendly, I would definitely stay again and I have no hesitation in recommending it.|Ranking the Hotel on a scale of 1 to 10, for me it was a comfortable 15.
