Excellent customer service. I had been looking for a NHS Dentist for a while now. My first visit and subsequent treatment visit went very smoothly. Staff were very pleasant and friendly. The facilities are well kept and clean. My treatment was excellent and sorted my issue promptly. Thank you very much.

Very prompt and helpful emergency treatment for myself as a visitor to the district . A tooth filling had fallen out and a temporary repair was done quickly with advice about future treatment by my dentist back home in England. Top quality service and advice at short notice.

For the last five years I noticed that my teeth were gradually becoming more misaligned and I was very conscious of them, hiding my smile. It also made cleaning them difficult so they were a little discoloured. I had thought about Invisalign for several years but was hesitant; I wished to have a full discussion with a professional about the process and cost. I then joined Easter Ross Dental Practice in 2021 and became aware that Invisalign might be within my reach.
I can't recommend and praise Dr Neeraj Bali and his team enough. They are very professional. The process and what the journey would entail was explained to me in great detail and all my questions were patiently answered. I did not feel pressurised.

My journey has taken 13 months and was not difficult to adjust to. I had read on various sites that the aligners could be very uncomfortable but, personally, I did not find this (a little tight for the first couple of days but that was all). I would recommend buying retainer cleaning tablets. The aligners quickly discolour over the two weeks you wear them before changing to a new pair and the tablets help to clean them and also freshen up the aligners.

I would suggest downloading the Invisalign app allowing you to send monthly photographs to Dr Bali; this lessens the number of visits to the dentist. Oh, and don't forget to use the chewy!!

I am so very happy knowing that my teeth are now aligned. I can now confidently smile again!

Huge thanks to Easter Ross Dental Practice.

Best dental practice around. Most recent experience was for my sixteen year old who was experiencing tooth pain. They were able to offer an next day appointment (early) after phoning them at the end of the working day, the day before.

My daughter was seen by Dr Neeraj Bali he made her feel so at ease and managed to save the tooth by root canal, and he had done it with expertise, so difficult to find such a proficient expert in there field, we are very lucky to have you as our dentist.

Great service and an amazing patient manner too.
Thank you again and see you soon.

I’ve been coming to this practice for about 7 years now, ever since I needed an emergency appointment after cracking a tooth. Even though I’ve moved and it’s now a 45-minute drive, I still make the trip rather than switching to a more local practice—which probably says enough.

My dentist, Lewis, is consistently professional and very easy to talk to. He’s approachable, makes you feel at ease, and always takes a moment for a bit of friendly chat before getting started. Can’t rate him highly enough!

I used to really dislike going to the dentist, but since coming here & having dental examinations with Lewis, it has become a much more relaxed and straightforward experience.

Unfortunately myself and my kids will not be Returning. We have been coming here for several years now and never have i been mistreated like i had been at my recent appointment. I had not been back for a couple years due to previous but with having difficulty with a tooth and still being registered I went back to get it looked at and it resulted in a tooth extraction. During the procedure, I experienced an immense amount of pain and nearly passed out. I have never experienced anything like it in all the years of having dental treatment. I went back 3 days later to get it looked at after my dr advising me to, and my discomfort was dismissed as a normal side effect of being "middle-aged," even though I am only 30 and the tooth being difficult to remove. Following the that appointment, I was sent home in significant pain, without it even being looked at. The following day, the pain became so severe that I had to seek emergency care at A&E, where i was then put forward to the dental practice at raigmore for an emergancy appointment along with strong painkillers. The dentist then informed me that the extraction site was not properly cleaned and contained debris to which it caused a severe infection and i was then given antibiotics. They also noted that due to a previous surgical extraction of the adjacent tooth, it should have been addressed with a surgical procedure, not a standard extraction, Neeraj would have known this but still went ahead with the extraction anyway. The pain and stress I have experienced as a result of this mistreatment has led me to be traumatised to go back and to seek a new practice.
