Fantastic surgery, doctors listen to concerns and follow up. Receptionists will always try to help and offer/book appointments where they can. Nurses are lovely and great with my kids! All round a great surgery.

Dreadful service, getting worse all the time. Can NEVER get an appointment unless jumping through SEVERAL hoops. The phone waiting times are absurd and when you eventually get through to probably the only person tasked with answering it seems they just want you to do everything online anyway. Also WHY are there closing times during the day at a GP surgery I mean REALLY

Wife turned up 7 minutes late for an appointment and they refused to see her despite the fact they often run up to 30 mins late themselves.... but that's ok if they delay us and make us wait, our time is clearly less important. The place is a shambles.

Awful surgery - I understand how busy doctors are but it is very poor when you have a telephone appointment booked and they never call..
I don’t know if I’ve just been unlucky with some of the doctors here but I’ve also had bad face to face experiences with doctors at this surgery for their rudeness and medical gaslighting.
Unprofessional surgery so avoid if you can

I'm not a patient of this Surgery but I had to accompany an elderly lady to her appointment. I presented myself as her PA and tried to give a brief description of her past and current state of health when requested. When I mentioned as part of the history that I suggested previously to be referred to the Specialist I was told in a very harsh way I wasn't there to give my opinion. I explained I had no intention to offend the doctor's position, I just mentioned it as I was asked. Although the lady's wish was for me to stay with her, I was showed the door and asked to leave the room.
Surgeries and connections with the healthcare providers should not be a field of battle for pride but a way of working together for the best of the patients. I had no expectations for my suggestion to be considered but as a matter of respect I should have been listened and not made feel down or inferior. However, my lady felt well treated, listened and a decision to be referred to the Specialist was made. That's all what matters.

Have been a patient at Herstmonceux integrative health centre for over 5 years and they have always been fantastic for me and my family. Never have to wait for an appointment long.
Staff are all so helpful.
They only suggestion I would say would be it would be great if there was some children books/ drawings in the waiting room to entertain the children whilst their waiting.
