I was nearly hit by a Severn Trent Water vehicle which ignored a red light. The police didn’t want to know, Severn Trent shrugged it off, referred me to CCW who do not respond.

These are the ombudsman for the water industry. Their service is between poor to non existent. They have nowhere near the knowledge or ability or power of organ. I made a complaint about castle water (what business hasn’t?) I have received no reply or acknowledgment of my complaint. Complete waste of time.

I was hoping that CCW would be an improvement on the pathetic customer service provided by water plus, what I fool I was to believe that!!!
It has taken 4 weeks to get a batch of document to them.... 3 bounced emails 10 phone calls and they have given me the wrong postal address twice. Trying to talk to someone who will take any responsibility for ANYTHING is impossible.

I guess that CCW is public funded because if these jokers were paid on results they would not be in business

It's taken over six months for CCW to action my formal complaint against a water company. I've requested they cancel my formal complaint, for inaction, so I can take my formal complaint to the Water Redress Scheme (WATRS)!
