Worker was supposed to attend merrion house with me and didn’t then asked me to lie to his manager to say he had attended. I would advice anyone to use citizen advice bureau or shelter as engage workers are paid for doing zero

Was given their number due to a number of ongoing difficulties, the woman who answered the phone was incredibly rude, and made me feel even worse after the call, including rushing me, and making out I had no reason to be calling even when I was given the number by a professional service, who had deemed me as unsafe where I am. I was also told because I'm not a woman nor do I have a child that they couldn't help me.

Was assigned a worker named Claire Terazi as I was a young woman who was formerly homeless and needed support with independent living and having a tenancy for the first time. I was told during the referral that I will be getting weekly appointments, Claire would say I was booked but would not hear from her for weeks and had to call the manager Mel Andrews several times because I wasn't getting the support I needed and was promised. After 4 MONTHS of no proper, consistent support Claire returned and said she was off sick for 2 weeks and that she would arrange an appointment for the next week, the next week came and no sign of her again. (If she was off sick why didn't another worker come to see me?) I call Mel and now I'm told I'm removed from the system because I didn't meet the requirements for the support and just hung up while I was mid sentence upset and telling her that I need help
ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND CARELESS PEOPLE, They wouldn't care if you was in a dark place, they don't live up to their word and let vulnerable people down.

I think they are great once they have something to offer i think id need to be homeless before i was aduaquatly supported by them it felt like my probation officer were just using the fact I had problems with engaging with them as a way to ensure i offend my old allocated worker seemed to be getting the back edge of the situation so it would seem but i cant be sure i stopped engaging with engage because i had to many health issues But my old worker text me to arrange and then didn't get back to me and i dont know whether i still meet the criteria for their help because ive not being informed so for anybody who is on a community order don't bother engage with these you could be wasting your time i needed to signpost myself because i didn't feel i was getting suit support from engage.

Deserves zero stars. Started off with a housing support worker all was fine for a few months. Them boom it’s like you’ve been abandoned. No responses to texts phone calls nothing. Absolutely disgusting. I don’t see the point in this service if this is how they treat their clients. Even if they are overwhelmed with work load Some contact back a response knowing they’ve acknowledged your message would of gone a long way. But no you just get dropped from a support worker that reassured me at the beginning that she was their to help just let her know. I can’t get hold of no one. They never answer the phone.

Ever since I had dealings with Engaged Leeds. Through Madge, one of the case support workers. She’s helped me deal with a lot of organisation in my life and without her and her team. I don’t know where I would’ve been today. So this is just to say thank you, I owe you and your team a lot. 🤗🤗🤗

One star is generous , tried to use these people to assist on a benefit / housing issue / was time sensitive and all engage did was cancel appointments till my cut off date passed....helpful ? Don't make me laugh , these people make money from others misfortune and I can't say they've helped at all, quite the opposite in fact . had me waste a vital week while they did nothing but dragged heels and made excuses to delay. Shocking i m left with no income and facing homelessness . don't trust engage they aren't that helpful and certainly don't listen, no income = no money and they will expect you to get buses all over....with what ? Beans or Copper olives

Absolutely brilliant service. They have helped me with my housing situation, attending appointments, my priority level and my over all well-being. I dont know what I would have done without there support. They have given me hope. I read a review below saying about them making money - Engage are a voluntary service which is non-profit making so no idea what that's about. They do not charge customers for their support
