Few months ago I moved in to a property in oxford Numan place. My house is leaking. I called them 4 times and they said they will call me back within one week. All these 4 times no one called me back. My carpet and bedroom furniture is ruined. The bedroom which is leaking have mould now. Worst mistake I ever made.

We have been trying to buy a house in Oxford from Catalyst but their customer service is unbelievably appalling. The sales rep doesn't respond to calls or emails and the sales office gives excuses of she is being busy. It's like we want to buy they cannot be bothered. I have now reconsidered my decision now and decided to buy from other developments in Oxford who are reliable and have better customer skills and definitely cheaper. I would suggest anyone reading the review to be careful as buying a house/flat especially for a first time buyer is a huge investment and I am sure you wouldn't want to invest in a bad development.

Hopeless service. Return phone calls promised after 48 hours. 72 hours later still waiting for the advice of a neighbourhood manager. inexcusable and hugely stressful. Why do we have to pay in our service charge for the services of a neighbourhood manager when they are never around to answer our questions? Complete waste of money

I am owning the property in the area where Catalyst is responsible for, also I am paying monthly charge. When I needed to get the advice and help from them, I wasted hours on the phone and writing emails, typically was pushed to find independent company which can look into my case and cost me another money... Very useful company.

I have phoned catalyst between 10 to 15 times in 4 days to get something sorted out not one reply from anyone totally disgusting service I expect better from them. Do they care I don't think so only time they want to speak to anyone is when you owe them money

Worst housing association ever. Do not move to the Benson easte!! It's awful. There is a certain resident that is constantly getting her self arrested. Out in the streets screaming all hours of the night, constant fights, party's all hours of the night. Wakes everyone in the street up and children. Catalyst refuse to remove her and think this is acceptable behaviour!! There are constantly police, riot vans on the easte and catalyst refuse to do anything about it. Absolutely disgusting. Poor children have to grow up seeing this sort of behaviour every day.

Very inexperienced!
Spoke with them twice about viewing a house, emails and phone calls and their inexperienced staff forgets to schedule and doesn't even call to inform me. I'm sure Mr Bean could have done a better job.
