Since transferrring firm advocacys, I'm still waiting despite numerous calls for someone to contact me for the last 6 to 7 months . everytime you ring up you can never speak to an advocate this service is appauling. I would not recommend this service to anyone , im thinking of starting a campaign to get this service shut down. Frankie D

POhwer leave you high and dry and just write emails they have no power to force NHS or medical centres to answer complaints and I actually think that they are employed by the NHS to keep you running around in circles to wear your complaints and you put. Do not trust or use these people go straight to the ombudsman!

Lost communications .poor return. Staff change, causing poor outcomes .poor return lead to giving up . information returned poor. writer information inaccurately writern. Information recorded poor . Lack of transparency. Dont inform you ,your recorded via paper work or given a copy. Those Feel my rights taken.

Disgustingly poor. Took many weeks of them sending me to different services only for them to point me back. They finally started action when I involved the local MP however that's literally as far as it got, still expecting me to do the impossible and all they could do was arrange an unnecessary appointment on my behalf, nothing else. Glorified booking agent for GPs posing as a charity. 1 star feels incredibly generous.

Dreadful. All staff lacked basic skills & understanding & were also very rude & patronizing. They claim to be a charity & unpaid volunteers but receive thousands in tax payers money.
Hopefully they will lose the contract to provide services when it is next reviewed locally

NHS tell you to get community and NHS complaints advocate but the service continues to say 'we have priorities and if you are not detained under MHA or a child in need we can't help' - after two years of trying they really need to update the website that they won't help unless detained or a child. And yes ive emailed and told powher and still nothing

Absolutely useless called to have help with something said would get back weeks later waiting ....so I called at 13:19 and while I was asking about my situation hung up on me .....what's the use of having them if they ...they DONT want to help
