The most horrid uncompassionate nurse I have ever met works here. She wouldn’t listen when I asked for her to remove my whole toe nail ( had done with the other one, this one has been cut and treated 3x now) Then books me at 4;50 and when because there was an accident which held us up for 6 minutes she said she couldn’t do it because there wasn’t enough time and then when my mum tried to explain she said ‘well should have been here on time’ no compassion she just wanted to go home. NEVER GO HERR IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE!

The help and care I receive here is above and beyond! I have a few health issues and I always get an appointment to see the right Dr for me!
The receptionist are always friendly and very helpful.
The walk in appointments from 8am to 10am are so convenient to.

Open to support the community with some appointments on a Saturday. So helpful for those who can't go.during the week because of work. We are incredibly lucky to have a medical team and support staff team who are prepared to work at the weekend.

Absolutely disgraceful surgery. Been a patient for 24 years then received a letter saying they were taking me off there books no explanation! I then delivered a hand written letter practically begging to go back k as a patient and my reasons why. Only to receive a text saying your letter asking us to review as a patient has been rejected! Can only think it’s because I had my blood test at the hospital and could not get through to reception to cancel. To be honest the doctors fob you off won’t let you speak about two problems you have to make another appointment most don’t seem to care and the receptionist are rude and think they hey are the doctors!! THIS SURGERY IS DEFINITELY NOT GOID FOR ANYONE WITH MENTAL HEALTH PROBLEMS

Poor service, even though the practitioners and GP is nice , some of the receptionist approach towards patients are not nice . I am mentioning my experience because I went for open access service in the morning for my husband as he has continuous neck pain , not working with physio service . I was a post natal mother of 20 days twin babies . I left my babies at home with my mom and reached in the practice with my husband at 9:56 , he was parking car . I waited in queue at 9:57 . The receptionist was booking with date of birth . I booked for my husband . Then she asked where is your husband . I said he is parking car . She said if your husband is not physically Present here before 10:00 she can’t book in . She already booked it , she said she is going to take him off from system..then however, my husband was physically there at 10:00 sharp . But she is saying she can’t book in as he was not tyere . Is it really open acess until 10:00 or 9:59 ? .

It was totally disappointing and stress full that if receptionists were not behaved well when patients are ill . I was just thinking why she has taken my husband from the system out . If parking is far away like in nhs hospital or something can be understood. But it is just outside the building. And my husband is there at 10:00 , I told her to check the camera , if she has any doubts, but she didn’t.

Absaloitely horrible, went on birth control and had a reaction, bleeding for 6 weeks, I went in for an appointment and was prescribed medication, which I had a reaction to (I have no known allergies) the reaction made me have an incredibly high fever, I was then made an emergency appointment from 111 after nearly passing out, went to the appointment, saw a male doctor and he told me that my fever and the reason I called 111 was ‘heat fluctuations’ that happen normally during a period (I don’t get them) and to not make it a big deal!!! I then go in saying I’ve been having intense neck stiffness and pain for 3 months which is giving me intense daily headaches and they tell me to get an appointment in 2 weeks time!!

I'm sure the doctor's are decent but the problem is getting a appointment is almost impossible.
So I was very surprised this morning phoned and was told my appointment was at 3:40 never received a txt message to confirm it but didn't think much of it at the time.
So I turned up at 3:30 and was told by a obnoxious receptionist that my appointment was at 2:40 and I had missed it.
That is a blatant lie.
Not happy but was given a appointment for Wednesday now.
Not the first time I had a problem getting a appointment.
The receptionists is incompetent the place is a joke.
There is a problem with their phone lines if you get a call back from a doctor.
They can hear you but you can't hear anything.
Forgot to mention this before but as I can see from other people's reviews it seems to be a common problem not just my phone.

I am very happy with the team at Parsons Heath GP Surgery. The receptionists are polite and supportive, and my experience with Dr. Jalaluddin was exceptional. He truly listened to my concerns, clearly explained the help I needed, and guided me on referrals and prescriptions. He assisted me promptly, making the entire process easier.
