We came today for an appointment at 3.45pm and we didn’t get seen till 4.05pm but that wasn’t my issue. We went into the room no introduction from any of the two doctors, i don’t want to seem rude but I couldn’t understand a word one of the doctors was saying, I think she was a trainee. The other woman was telling her what to say while she didn’t even look herself. The acne was not properly looked at and we had no proper consultation and no proper examination of the skin. Looked at a few tiny spots on the face and said well give you some cream, when I said tablets help my skin and it’s been getting worse since I came off them. They said go to my gp but didn’t say what to ask for and what they’ve properly prescribed. Do not come here if you want a proper dermatology doctor.

Doesn't say where or which building , tried calling just says calling no ringing tone.
Cannot get in touch hopeless.
Instructions in the letter dont even give instructions where to go . typical NHS

Seemed like every thing was to much trouble for them made you feel like you were wasting their time went 3rd may 2025 still no better of now 28th July heard nothing and marks getting bigger 🙈

We recently visited this Dermatologist clinic and had the worst experience ever with the doctor. He didn't even stand up from his desk to check our 10-month-old son's skin. It was evident that he had no interest at all in our concerns or in providing proper care. We left feeling extremely disappointed and will definitely not be returning.

One of the really pleasant private consultation experiences I have experienced .Great location with a very welcoming reception. Absolutely clean and state of the art consulting rooms. Offers a range of some of the senior consultants with ample experience. All together a great setup.

Excellent consulting rooms for clinicians to see clients, with good facilities including a stair lift to access the first floor for those with mobility difficulties. Staff all very friendly, accommodating and helpful. A wide range of clinical services offered to the public. Would highly recommend.
