Shocking service. They booked my 5 weeks old for doctors check and immunisations when it should be at 8 weeks. Received 3 txts prior to this. Took time from work too and a complete waste of time when getting there to be told by doctor should be coming at 8 weeks. Imagine if they gave my 5 weeks old immunisations!!!!

I have recently joined this practice after moving house, my previous practice was Padiham Medical centre and were absolutely useless. Rude Staff, ignorant Dr's. This surgery is a breath of fresh air, complete politeness and professionalism from staff, Dr Khan is superb, fast and professional and the Practice Nurse David.. Is brilliant, cannot do enough to make sure everything that needed to be done was done. Superb!

So annoying,you have to phone 8.30am to make appointments and the doctor don't like seeing you but will phone you . Iam sure no one enjoys going to doctors or hospitals.
