Always get great help from the employees at The AV. Never had anything they have not been able to help me with. Though if you wait on someone to chat with due to high levels of calls you might a while, so I always find it best to leave a simple message and they have never failed to call back. Genuinely can't complain or find any complaints though this is just my experience,it may be different for others.

Contracted them in advance for assistance in filling in forms in person that have a deadline have learning difficulties due to my autism and no appointments untill after deadline got fobbed off to go call citizens advice passing the buck always issues with West Lothian Council wether it's getting help with this or with housing issues and councillors for area aren't much help either it's a joke

Well on a Tuesday there is such a love lady, whi make u feels so wabted, helped, listeendbto, and makes u a wee cup of coffee, or tea, i just met her once 3 weeks ago and I was goin back to the library last week and she said to me I was looking thro the window and saying just how well u looking, well dun! Money Advice shop in Bathgate.
If you haven't heard of it. Get familiar.
Right now finances are tough for everyone. They are helping me through debt reduction, paid me 150 quid for fuel.
A further £300 for a -
"Feeling the pinch grant"
Amongst loads of other help.
