My experience with CARE so far has been great, every person I have spoken to on the phone have been lovely and informative and in this period of my life feeling ‘heard’ is really important to me. I had a Hycosy and it was performed seamlessly with NO pain at all, even though I had read so many negative reviews about this procedure - the two ladies in the room were calm, informative and very professional. 5/5 on my journey so far!

Some of the older reviews seem a little negative but my experience has been great so far. The salve app means I get replies within a day and makes booking appointments easy. I've been under the care of Dr.Rutherford and yes he's quite direct in his approach but he knows what he's doing.
Scans etc are quite pricey (I'm under private care) but sadly that's just part of it. Overall my experience has been good.

I was waiting for 10 months to write this review! I wanted to thank Leeds Care Fertility from the bottom of my heart. We had an IVF treatment here that started last November. I was very nervous about this whole journey. I could not praise this clinic high enough. EVERYONE - from reception to medical staff were exceptional. So welcoming, smiles and care throughout the whole process. Without all of you and your dedication my IVF would have not been so smooth, mentally you made me feel at ease as I knew I am in good hands.From the start of the actual process every single thing was followed up, I received calls back immediately when I reached out. The procedures were also fantastic as the staff were so lovely and supportive. I have tears in my eyes remembering how great it all felt. Thank you so so much. Writing this as my tiny baby boy is sleeping on my chest, without you all he wouldn’t be here today.

I started the NHS IVF process in September 2024, when my GP referred me to Leeds Teaching Hospital (Care Fertility). My ref DB25804. It has now been nearly a year, and I am still waiting to receive a cost calculation. While I understand these processes can take time, the extended delay is concerning, especially as I will be 41 in November. I’m not even on a waiting list because I haven’t received the cost calculation

Nothing has changed in my situation. I received a call about a month ago stating that they would contact me by the end of July or later with the cost calculations. I’m still waiting.

Awful experience . Been waiting a year and half and not even got to suggestions of what options we have. Have tests and wait months for follow up appointments. They even cancel them and move you back further. Really upsetting when your told by nhs to try for so many years on your own before been referred and then the time this adds on is just cruel.
