Amanda is brilliant at what she does.

I started seeing Amanda to help with upper back and neck pain that no amount of strength training, stretching, posture correction, or sports massage could fix.

Amanda helped significantly reduce the pain and stiffness, but also helped me work on targeting the more complex underlying causes - such as unresolved postural issues and tightness from old knee injuries and surgeries.

On top of that, Amanda has helped me reduce generalised tension in my facial muscles and jaw - massively reducing the frequency of my headaches.

I've had around 14 sessions with Amanda and the progress she's helped me make has been incredible.

Amanda is warm, easy-to-chat to and highly knowledgeable. If you're struggling with ongoing pain from old injuries, general stiffness, or tension headaches - I would highly recommend Amanda's pain care clinic.

I started seeing Amanda last October due to severe nerve pain that I was experiencing in my arms, to the point where I was signed off work. The myofascial release sessions with Amanda were so beneficial that I have been able to return to work and my pain is now at a more manageable level. She had also helped me understand my condition more and made me feel reassured that there was someone who could help, despite my GP and various Physiotherapists being unable to determine the cause of the problem. I would recommend Amanda to anyone who is suffering chronic pain, she is a star.

Discovering Amanda and the Pain Care Clinic has been life-changing as I now live with less pain.

After struggling with chronic TMJ pain and trying countless treatments-I finally found real relief through both myofascial and intraoral massage.

Amanda’s expertise and compassionate care have made a significant difference-this is the treatment that truly works for me.

I highly recommend Amanda and the Pain Care Clinic to anyone seeking professional, effective treatment for chronic pain.

I can't recommend The Pain Care Clinic highly enough.
Over the years I have tried many types of bodywork, and value the care from my regular therapists.
Myofascial therapy was new to me 6 weeks ago. (I was worried that it might be a bit 'subtle' for me).
Although the technique is gentle, do not be fooled!
Amanda works with calm precision, and every touch has a depth and intensity that is therapeutic.
Her knowledge, intuition and experience is evident.
I feel like I have discovered something very special - everybody needs to experience this!

The Pain Care Clinic is a wonderful find. It’s not your normal massage, with soothing music and wafting scents, but instead, and more importantly, Amanda offers targeted pain relief. She works on applying pressure to deep tissue muscles and it works so well. I come away feeling uncoiled from all the painful pressure that had built up causing painful knees and hunched shoulders and back.
I’m very glad she was recommended to me.

Wish I had discovered The Pain Care Clinic years ago. Amanda is very knowledgeable and passionate about Myofascial Release and has worked wonders on my jaw. I have been grinding my teeth for years causing pain, tooth damage/loss and jaw stiffness. The benefit after the first treatment exceeded my expections. A very relaxing treatment to have and always a good nights sleep after a treatment. Highly recommended 👌

Amanda is a high quality and experienced practitioner with a vast knowledge of how the human body is put together and how the various parts of the human body interact. I have flexibility and mobility issues in my upper body and saw several specialists in various branches of medicine without a diagnosis of, or a resolution to, my condition. I read an article on myofacial release and the issues described seemed to correspond with my condition, albeit that I am fortunate to not have any associated pain. I contacted Amanda and I have been having regular treatment sessions with her for some time now.

Amanda took the time to discuss and understand the specific issues I was facing and came up with a treatment programme to manage and improve my condition. Using a combination of massage and subtle manipulation, she has been able to soften the connecting tissue and thereby increase the range of flexibility and mobility in my upper body to a marked extent. The treatment is very gentle and relaxing, but the sessions are also very informative as Amanda knows so much about the vagaries of the human body. She is a very easy person to talk to but equally happy to do the treatment in silence depending on your preference and mood on the day.

If you have any chronic pain conditions or any deep tissue based restrictions to flexibility or mobility, I would have no hesitation in recommending Amanda and the Pain Care Clinic as the “go to” choice for your treatment.

Amanda has magical hands! If you have never heard of Myofascial Release treatment then I fully recommend you try it with Amanda no matter what your injury or problem is. You will not regret it!

In the last 5yrs I have experienced significant issues across various parts of my body due to surgery which was supposed to improve my life but actually left with me with chronic pain and muscle spasms which physio's and consultants weren't able to solve.

Since seeing Amanda my pain levels have reduced from 7-9 / 10 each day to nothing more than 2-4/10 in a day. It has been life changing, both the treatment and the lessons I have learnt from Amanda. I now understand the problem isn't always where the pain is, but I know Amanda will find it. I have also learnt how to look after my body to reduce the pain between sessions.

A huge thank you Amanda
