Contacted my advisor Graeme after a few months to ask about insulating a new home. He advised me he would only do video call. I told him that wasnt possible just at the minute as I was going into a hospital appointment. He noticed it was the Royal Edinburgh Hospital. He told me had no 'desire' to work with people like me.
This was all the information he had. Just knowing I was outpatient was enough - he also asked what for. It was stresses induced.
I don't think people with a prejudice that strong should work for an organisation like Changeworks. If nothing else, it would a legal issue of discrimination.

IV had a very successful positive support from the company I have had support from them for over the past five yrs they helped me learn way to keep my home energy efficient as well as help with paying gas and power for my home I can't thanks them enough kind regards Samantha Kelly

I have contacted this company about their problem with emptying the bins in the Jamaica Mews area and their rubbish trucks never being available. Ironic that they are here every day now early in the morning and sometimes block the lane for traffic. The last four mornings they have been lurking about but not really doing much. Having stayed at a previous address close to them and knowing they have a poor reputation I wonder if they will continue to be here for the foreseeable future every morning.

I’m very concerned about how Changeworks handled a recent health and safety issue (by basically ignoring it). They’re responsible for overlooking the home insulation project across Edinburgh and after receiving information from a contractor about a health and safety issue next to one of the buildings which was part of this project they decided to ignore the issue instead of informing the council. I’m in the process of contacting my local councillors and the council in hope that they will not be allowed to make the same mistakes again. I can only hope that a quick action will be taken to resolve the issue.

Building Manager for Quartermile 4 in Edinburgh - I have recently changed supplier to Changeworks, since the change my waste service have improved greatly, what they promised they have delivered. Monthly report is just what I require so that I can communicate this back to my tenants. Communication from Will (BDM) has been brilliant, not just your normal sales person who walks away after the deal is done, always a phone call or visit away if required. Keep up the good work, well done.

Pathetic crooks. Made me change from a good company and then want paid in advance! I cleared invoice after invoice yet they treated me and my business with really bad attitude. The worst company by far everyone else is miles ahead. Please believe me if you don't want mistreated and have any self respect stay miles away from the patronising fools.
